In Previous blog I have written about calories maintaince level. I must aware you about BMR( basal metabolic rate) which is responsible for gaining or losing weight. It is the minimum utilization of energy by your body. Sometimes people dont take proper meals but still get overweight and this is all because of less BMR. Maintain your BMR with proper diet and physical activity. It will not only helps you to protect from diseases but also makes you psychological healthy.

Certain number of calories body requires every day in order to maintain actual weight. We call it ' daily calorie maintaince level'
If your diet plan is made up of more, less or the same amount of calories as your maintaince level, 1 of 3 Things will happen.
1) If you eat More calories than your maintaince level, you will gain weight. This
requirement for building muscle.
2) If you eat Less calories than your maintaince level, you will lose weight. This is requirement for losing fat.
3) If you eat same amount of calories as your maintaince level, your weight will Stay
the same. This is requirement for maintaining current weight.

We always try to follow many ways to make ourself healthy and most people always excuse of work but for work we must have healthy mind and body.so today I want to share some easy ways that make your heart healthy and happy :
A) start your morning by stretch your body like some light exercise or some movement for 10 mins.
B) meditation is the best exercise..first u should sit on the floor take a deep breathe , close your eyes n feel yourself n try to calm down from all worldly things.
C) Introduce liquids in you diet, but try to avoid can juice or market made juice because they contain sugar syrup.. And you can feel your mouth dry. In liquids thin soups, lemonade, water, organic tea, lemon tea etc.
D) Food you eat from morning to evening  can only organise your energy and nutrient level in body...so always take or prefer food of your lifestyle and never be empty stomach for more than 4 hrs. You must choose proper food at every 4 hrs ( you must take 8 times food in a day) but how much and as much is only depend upon your lifestyle and your body needs.
E) sometimes during meal or after meal we always rush to other work... but most of the people don't know about the way we should consume food because food is the only medium that is responsible for our heart and brain healthy. Always eat. With a calm mind and in a good ambience because it really helps you to remain healthy and we always know: A healthy mind can cures millions of diseases and problems.

Children in their growing age has so much activities to participate and food plays important role to make every efforts possible in academic as well as in extra curriculum activities. The school lunch programme initiated by united state federal law  at the name of National school lunch programme in1946.
Nutrition standard for the National school lunch programme and National school breakfast program were updated in 2012 and signed by barack Obama.
In America, school consider to fulfill the nutritional requirements of students by providing them balanced diet in School and children get same kind of meal during lunch.Now In America they prepare meal accordingly to fulfill the needs of micronutrients because some basic micronutrients are necessary for children to maintain a good status of learning.
In India some anganwari in villages provide meal but that people not aware the importance of diet in child's life so you cnt watch the food they provide to kids. Government must arrange some awareness program for the village and some private schools to aware the parents and people for the importance of nutrition in child's life. Research shows that we are not giving our kids in School the same level of quality and safety as you get in many fast foods restaurants

Swami Vivekanand:-   In tough times, how do you stay motivated?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- When they suffer they ask, “why me?” When they prosper, they never ask “Why me?”

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.




Swami Vivekanand:-  One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- There are no unanswered prayers.  Keep the faith and drop the fear.  Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

Today I want to Share dat in Pregnancy we must watchful for protein intake..proteins provide immunity and growth to foetus..and globulin part of haemoglobin and immunoglobin is actual the protein form..and lack of protein intake effect the brain of the child because circulation of oxygen in brain done by haemoglobin.and lack of oxygen distribution in brain for long period of time may weak the brain development of child. capacity of grasping things of Brain  gt develop in womb only...so the mother must watch the amt and the type of protein she is taking during pregnancy from first trimester to third trimester. The best protein foods for vegetarians are soya chunks, milk, watermelon seeds, cheese Curd, butter etc......
For non-vegetarians Bombay duck( dry), bhekti (dry), chengri(dry), mushi(dry), Ribbon fish(dry), shrimp( small,dry) ,beef(meal),Egg(hen) these foods contain max amount of proteins..

Due to change in living methods people are prefer readymade foods and its gud in taste as well but as a dietitian I always say no to these foods because vendor neglect the hygiene and sanitation and we were not sure weather the food and water they use are safe or not. Government and many private organizations are always aware people for hygiene but they never maintain any boundaries and scale for these vendors.  These people ( vendor) are not aware abt this but some of educated people can take some steps

WE FUEL OUR BODY WITH VARIOUS FOODS WEATHER IT IS SUITABLE TO OUR SYSTEM OR NOT.WE ALWAYS MERGE OURS ELF WITH SOCIETY OUR WORK AND TRY TO MATCH OUR STEPS WITH THEM BUT WE NEVER TRY TO MATCH OURSELVES FROM NATURE THROUGH WHICH WE GET EVERY RESOURCE FOR LIFE.NATURE-THIS IS NOT ONLY ENVIRONMENT IT IS THE PART OF US.NATURE AND HEALTH BOTH RELATE TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE AS MUCH WE CLOSE TO NATURE MORE WE CONCERNED ABOUT OUR HEALTH WEATHER IT IS PSYCHOLOGICAL OR PHYSIOLOGICAL. WHEN WE CLOSE TO NATURE WE MUST LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF NUTRITION IN OUR LIFE.SO WE MUST THINK FEW SECONDS BEYOND OUR CAREER AND SOCIETY FOR OUR HEALTH AND THE NATURE WE ARE LIVE IN.
