Walk is boosting metabolism

Walk is a good exercise but it will work with proper eating habits. If you continue your walk for 5 days in a week then it balance your metabolism as well. Some complaints for pain in knees and legs during walk or other health conditions too so they should not disturb their body through walk try another exercise. Walk is good for beginers for balance weight.
