Exercise is the best way to maintain your body. So many activities, clubs,gym, dance classes are available for activities and maintain mind n body. Dont decide any activity without understanding your body. Most people i meet who got the side effects after leaving exercises or sometimes they are unable to give desired timings as they were giving before. Make a plan for your diet with walk or yoga. Start your activity with basic exercise and maintain as much level or intensity of your exercise which helps you to remain stable after leaving or gaping of these exercise. First understand your body activity level then start exercise otherwise you must got various side effects.

This have major symptoms at years  with the time child can retard mental growth because hb is the only medium through which oxygen can reach every cell and provide energy to our brain and body. 1) Your thoughts decide your personality so always be polite, kind and loving.
2)Never ignore your eating habits. Dnt be binge eater
3)Eat small frequent meal with calm mind.
4)Its better to stay alone than living with self centered people because you never understand and explore your qualities with them in your life.
