avoid acidic foods and increase alkaline foods

obesity brings so much pains physically (blood pressure, sugar, fatty liver , fatty pancreas, pcod, high uric acid etc) and mentally(stress, depressionetc).Today, I want to share some acidic and alkaline foods that really helps you to make balance in your body. most important things you must avoid acidic foods and introduce alkaline foods atleast 3/week to avoid max problems regarding digestion  and  pain of high uric acid . Acidic foods are responsible for creating acidity and to increase pain in joints and may leads to obesity.
Acidic Foods to Cut Out 
Carbonated sodas, energy drinks
Popcorn, cream cheese, buttermilk, pasta, pastries, prunes, pork, beer, pickles,
chocolate, roasted nuts, artificial sweeteners
Coffee, sweetened fruit juice, beef, white bread, wheat, cranberries, distilled water
Wine, eggs, sour cream, some yogurts (those with live active cultures)
Alkaline Foods to Add 
Apples, almonds, tomatoes, grapefruit, corn, mushrooms, olive, soybeans, peaches, bell
peppers, pineapple, cherries, wild rice, apricots, strawberries, bananas
Avocados, green tea, lettuce, celery, peas, sweet potatoes, egg plant, green beans,
beets, blueberries, pears, grapes, kiwi, melons, tangerines, mangos, figs, dates
Spinach, broccoli, artichoke, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers,
lemons, limes, kale, seaweed, asparagus, radish, collard greens, onions
Watermelon, dandelion greens, orange juice, mineral water.
