Medicines use only in severe cases , these are not foods

I have seen many individuals of different age to adapt medicines as a food and a part of diet. Foods are always help us to cure from various deficiency and their recommended amount always depend upon individual's physical and environmental conditions.Sometimes our body react or unable to adapt in certain conditions but that doesnt mean we shift our system totally on medicines. Every individual can correct the primary symptoms of their health by regulating their energy in a systematic way. always make sure to get first counsel with dietitian and then shift your body on any medicine because i have seen many patients who can correct their body only by changing their lifestyle and get rid of medicine in primary stage.

Life's journey like mud

we all have seen the sea side mud and the various shapes we made with water and sand. we all are like that shape of sand and water, we shape our self with our thoughts, desires and emotions and always try to bring out the best shape. The more best we make the more our expectations to praise increase but one strong wave reach and dissolve into one and we again start with safe and fine design for our own satisfaction. Every time mud and sand is same but efforts are different and shape can be different of life but in this any  praise or criticism really effect our effort. we can make the best shape of our life with honest, trust and humanity but not by cruelty, greed and lie. Afterall discimination is not in the nature of wave.

Hi friends and family, my experience after treating people about their blood pressure, metabolic suppress conditions and obesity is good and shocking too because i have seen maximum people treat their body as secondary material. people are so much neglecting for their health and body and i always find them indulge in useless issues and stress. Well some are very intelligent to handle their health and that people become idol for everyone. Women who are maker, manager and multitasking personality at our home but her health issues especially knee pain, muscles weakening and back ache are the part of daily routine. Have you ever think these minor problems become major with time like knee problems(osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, low bone density)which finally make you end up with doctors heavy medicine and lethargic body. First understand your body's nutritional requirement to recover it and never rush to doctors for medicine without knowing the root cause of your problem.
you still have long way to move then why not with confidence, happiness that comes with healthy mind and body.

Dieting- Say No To Crash Diets

We all eat food for energy but food provide psychological satisfaction to max people. Tastier and rich foods are always be the part of happy and good times. Some people as i should say max people today are suffer from malnourishment( Obesity, B.P, low bone density, lower muscle mass) because of stress and unmanageable dietary pattern. Without any counselling about actual conditions of your body never opt any treatment or diet. Most of the cases i heard that person go on crash diet for weight loss and they will go through such a hard diets that make their muscle loss but not fat loss in body which puts more weight after leaving that diets. As a dietitian i suggest always prefer healthy diet than crash for weight or any major or minor issues

Mindfulness  means paying attention in a particular way:  on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally.  This increases awareness, clarity and acceptance of our present-moment reality. Mindfulness does not conflict with any beliefs or tradition, religious, cultural or scientific.  It is simply a practical way to notice thoughts, physical sensations, sights, sounds, smells - anything we might not normally notice.
