Physically n mentally healthy...Every individual is the author of his own health or disease...and those who has health,has hope and those who has hope has everything....
Only positive thoughts will keep you healthy....Health means happiness dat must not count from material because materials have some age...so find happiness in that thing which is mortal and that make you happier forever.
Smile....it always decrease the gap between two people....so never shy to smile...
