nature of food

We all discuss so many things on nature but can we really understand the nature of Food like we alwayz examine food by their colour,taste, texture, aroma etc but some Things we always forget to analyze like type of cooking we do and how it Effects the nutritive value of change the nature of food and type of Cooking enhance or deteriorate the nutients of food because without nutrients food Are Like any material that creates only bulk without any we must Think to improve our cooking methods to change the material into food.
