anti obesity and weight loss



Always keep in mind for weight loss diet that every individual has different body composition with vary absortion and metabolism level. never concentrate on loosing body weight becuse body must contain balance amount of muscles(proteins), water, fats(carbohydrate, fat), Muscles and water should always be in balanced form to circulate nutrients to cells and support your body structure from any degenation. Protect body from obesity by the improvement in your stamina and circulation. dont mis understand you to think that sudden weight loss helps you reduce obesity and make you fit. you must conc and check regularly your muscles and water level. Always believe in gradual weight ;loss instead of sudden because sudden weight loss may leads to sudden weight gain with the sagging and flabs
