Dieting- Say No To Crash Diets

We all eat food for energy but food provide psychological satisfaction to max people. Tastier and rich foods are always be the part of happy and good times. Some people as i should say max people today are suffer from malnourishment( Obesity, B.P, low bone density, lower muscle mass) because of stress and unmanageable dietary pattern. Without any counselling about actual conditions of your body never opt any treatment or diet. Most of the cases i heard that person go on crash diet for weight loss and they will go through such a hard diets that make their muscle loss but not fat loss in body which puts more weight after leaving that diets. As a dietitian i suggest always prefer healthy diet than crash for weight or any major or minor issues
