Mental health is very valauable to maintain your body

Forgive and forget these are the two golden words to make every person's life easy. Relationships like friends, family, siblings, spouse all matters in our life for making balance in everybody's life. In our field like as a dietitian i prefer that my patients not lose kgs from their body but they must remain physically fit and balanced in life. Some points i want to share for well being of my frnds and family.
1) Your thoughts decide your personality so always be polite, kind and loving.
2)Never ignore your eating habits. Dnt be binge eater
3)Eat small frequent meal with calm mind.
4)Its better to stay alone than living with self centered people because you never understand and explore your qualities with them in your life.
