Detoxify your digestive system

Fasting( fruits once in a week) is the well known ritual but scientifically it helps in the detoxification of our digestive system. Always introduce every fruit once in a week for a day and different fruits 4 days in a month. Pineapple, grapes, berries, pomegranate, banana, apple etc. They all packed with enzymes and anti oxidants which can nourish your cells with vitamins too. It boost the metabolism and eliminate waste rapidly.
