Eating breakfast is always helps in weight loss by maintaining good metabolism rate.
After a night, your body is in a mild fasting state and  if u or your child move without breakfast or ur kid only have milk in breakfast effects on his concentration and performance as well. Children who eat breakfast are less tired and irritable during day, perform better on test.
Every person must make plan of their breakfast  according to their whole day activities. The best breakfast plan is lean proteins with complex carbohydrates for e.g Egg - oats / whole bread toast/ boiled dalia with veggi/ stuffed chapati with curd. /dough knead with pulse n make chappati with curd/ nutrella chunks are gud source of proteins as well.
