 Healthy eating is important to you and your child's growth and development. Healthy eating guidelines can help you to make healthy choices and model healthy behavior for your Child.

 Parents and caregivers decide what food is served and when it is served:
* you always get benefits    
  From routine.
* Offer food every 3-4 hrs to
   keep up with his/her high
   energy needs.
* offer 3 meals and 1 to 3
   Snacks each day.
These are the primary steps to correct the eating habits of every child. Parents first initiate these steps to correct child's eating habits.
